【Abstract】 Professional degree education is characterized by the integration of industry and education.Strengthening the top-level design work, opening up the school and optimizing the educational and teaching mechanism of collaborative innovation between academic tutors and practice tutors, it is an important grasp to improve the quality of professional degree education and teaching. This paper discusses the internal mechanism of "double tutors system" and the outstanding problems existing in the operation of "double tutors system ". Finally,taking the MBA of Anhui University of Finance & Economics as an example, this paper introduces the exploration and practice of the cooperative education model of the double tutors system in order to bring some enlightenment to the development of MBA education in China.更多还原
