田间作业环境稻麦联合收获机清选损失率多元非线性预测模型

【摘要】 为了研究联合收获机清选作业参数与清选损失率之间的关系,通过对联合收获机清选损失的影响因素进行分析.基于稻麦联合收获机的田间试验样本,首先建立了清选作业参数与清选损失率的最优拟合数学模型;然后基于多元非线性回归分析方法,构建了稻麦联合收获机清选损失率的多元非线性预测模型;最后通过试验制作了2种不同的样本.应用预测模型进行清选损失预测,预测结果与实际结果存在一定误差,同时预测值的变化趋势与实际结果几乎一致,这表明构建的预测模型在预测清选损失变化趋势上具有较高的精度.

【Abstract】 In order to study the relationship between the cleaning operation parameters of the combine harvester and the cleaning loss rate, the influencing factors of the cleaning loss of the combine harvester are analyzed.Based on the field test samples of the rice-wheat combine harvester, the optimal fitting mathematical model of operation parameters and cleaning loss rate is established firstly.Then, based on the multiple nonlinear regression analysis method, a multiple nonlinear prediction model for the cleaning loss rate of the rice-wheat combine harvester is constructed, and two different samples are produced through experiments.Finally, the prediction model is used to predict the selection loss.There is a certain error between the prediction result and the actual result.At the same time, the change trend of the predicted value is almost consistent with the actual result, which shows that the established prediction model has a strong accuracy in predicting the change trend of cleaning loss rate.
