强化科研素养加国际视野培育 提升研究生培养质量
Cultivation of research competence and international perspective and improvement of cultivation quality for graduate students
【摘要】 当前,随着新中国首次全国研究生会议的召开以及健康中国战略对医学研究生教育提出的新要求,我国的医学研究生教育正处于全面深化内涵质量建设的关键时期。近日,"新医科"建设的提出,从发展理念、培养模式、学科专业、制度建设、保障体系等不同层面反应了新时代对医学人才的需求,也为医学人才的培养提供了有利的借鉴。加快医学教育创新发展是目前和今后一段时间医学院校的改革重点。本研究以滨州医学院为例,系统阐述了地方院校契合新时代、新医科的发展理念,积极开展培养模式改革的探索和实践。经过不断摸索,该学校逐渐强化研究生科研素养和国际视野的培育,提升了研究生的岗位胜任力,探索出了一条切实可行的医学研究生创新能力培养路径,具有较强的推广和借鉴意义。
【Abstract】 At present, with the convening of the first national postgraduate conference in New China and the new requirements of the healthy China strategy for medical postgraduate education, the medical postgraduate education in China is in the critical period of comprehensively deepening the construction of connotation and quality. When the construction of "new medical science" was proposed, it reflected the demand for medical talents in the new era from different levels such as development concept, cultivation mode, specialty, system construction, and support organization, and it also provided a beneficial reference for the training of medical talents. Accelerating the innovation and development of medical education was the focus of the reform of medical schools at present and in the future. Taking Binzhou Medical University as an example, this study systematically explained the development concepts of local colleges in line with the new era and new medical science, and actively carried out the exploration and practice of the reform of the training model. After continuous exploration, the university has gradually strengthened the cultivation of graduate students′ scientific research literacy and international vision, improved their post competence, and explored a feasible training path for medical graduate students′ innovation ability, which has strong promotion and reference significance.
