小型自动穿串机的结构设计
Structural design of small automatic threading machine
【摘要】 针对目前手工穿串生产效率低、卫生差、不便于成批生产的问题,设计了一款小型且实用的自动穿串机。以单片机为控制核心,采用直流减速电机、推杆电机、光电传感器与电磁铁配合带传动,利用曲柄摇杆机构,实现物料的自动定位、停止、穿串、补签等,实现穿串的自动化。详细介绍了穿串机的机械结构和工作原理,并对关键技术自动补签、自动进给装置和肉块固定装置进行了说明。避免穿串过程中物料与人手的接触,保证物料的卫生,节省人力物力,提高劳动生产率,为实现穿串自动化提供了可行方案,有一定的参考和应用价值。
【Abstract】 For the problems of low production efficiency,poor sanitation and inconvenient batch production for manual threading,a small and practical automatic threading machine was designed.With the single-chip microcomputer as the control core,DC reducing motor,push-rod motor,photoelectric sensor and electromagnet were used to realize automatic positioning,stopping,threading and stick replenishment of the material in coordination with belt transmission and utilization of crank and rocker mechanism,thus realizing the automation of threading.The mechanical structure and working principle of the threading machine were introduced in detail,and the key technologies such as automatic stick replenishment,automatic feeding device and meat fillet fixing device were explained.The threading machine avoids the contact between the material and human hands during the threading process,ensures the sanitation of material,saves manpower and material resources,improves labor productivity,and provides a feasible scheme for realizing the threading automation.It has certain reference and application value.
