【摘要】 目的:探讨柴胡降脂方治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH)的效应机制。方法:24只大鼠随机分为空白组、高脂饲料(HFD)组、中药组,各8只,HFD组和中药组采用HFD饲养建立NASH模型,检测并记录体质量、肝脏质量、肝指数、内脏脂肪质量、体脂率,血清生化,肝组织总胆固醇(TC)、总甘油三酯(TG)含量,肝组织及血清炎症因子水平,并观察肝组织病理学改变。结果:治疗组较HFD组肝脏质量、肝指数、内脏脂肪质量、体脂率显著降低(P<0.01);血清天冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸(酯)酶(ALP)、TG、TC、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)显著降低(P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白(HDL)显著升高(P<0.05);肝脏TG、TC含量显著降低(P<0.01);肝组织及血清白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量均显著降低(P<0.01),肝脏病理切片显示柴胡降脂方可明显减轻肝细胞脂肪变性及炎性反应细胞浸润等病理症状。结论:柴胡降脂方能有效改善NASH血脂异常、肝内脂质储堆及炎症反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the mechanism of Chaihu Jiangzhi Decoction in the treatment of non-alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH). Methods: Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into blank group, HFD group and traditional Chinese medicine group, with 8 rats in each group. The NASH model was established in HFD group and traditional Chinese medicine group by feeding with HFD. The body mass, liver mass, liver index, internal fat mass, body fat rate, serum biochemistry, TC and TG in liver tissue, the levels of inflammatory factors in liver tissue and serum, and the histopathological changes of liver were observed. Results: Compared with HFD group, liver weight, liver index, visceral fat weight and body fat rate in the treatment group were significantly lower(P<0.01); AST, ALT, ALP, TG, TC, LDL, FFA were significantly lower(P<0.01), HDL was significantly higher(P<0.05); liver TG, TC were significantly lower(P<0.01); liver tissue and serum IL-1β, IL-6, TNF-αwere significantly lower(P<0.01). The results showed that Chaihu Jiangzhi Decoction could obviously alleviate the pathological symptoms of steatosis and inflammatory cell infiltration of hepatocytes. Conclusion: Chaihu Jiangzhi Decoction can effectively improve dyslipidemia, excessive accumulation of lipid in liver and inflammatory reaction to treat NASH.更多还原
