【摘要】 脓毒症是一种由感染引起的致命性疾病,是重症监护病房患者常见并发症和主要致死原因之一。近年来,尽管脓毒症的抗感染和器官支持治疗取得了新的进展,但患者病死率仍呈现持续上升趋势。针刺疗法作为中医重要组成部分在脓毒症治疗中被广泛应用,不仅疗效确切且具有成本效益。全面了解针刺效应机制对于促进针刺疗法在脓毒症治疗中的应用和提高临床疗效至关重要。文章重点对目前相关的针刺作用机制研究进行了总结,为开展进一步的针刺作用机制研究提供思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Sepsis is a fatal disease caused by infection, which is one of the common complications and leading causes of death in ICU patients. In recent years, although new progresses have been made in anti-infective and organ support therapy for sepsis, the morbidity and mortality continue to rise. As an important part of traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture is widely used in the treatment of sepsis, which is not only effective but also cost-effective. A comprehensive understanding of the mechanism of acupuncture effect is essential for promoting the application of acupuncture in sepsis treatment and improving the clinical efficacy. This paper summarizes the current research on the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of sepsis in order to provide new ideas for further research on the related mechanism.更多还原
