【摘要】 蛋白质组学研究被誉为"后基因组学",其研究内容以探究生物体内细胞、组织及体液内所有蛋白质的组成、表达与组合蛋白质功能模式为主,这种研究方式不仅以探查蛋白质组的功能,表达及相互作用为目的,也与中医药"整体观念"相契合。文章从"整体观念"入手,通过综述蛋白质组学的概念内涵以及应用蛋白质组学研究中医证候、经典方剂、中药机制等取得的进展,探讨中医药应用蛋白质组学进行研究的意义与作用,以期为中医药现代化发展提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Proteomics research, which known as ‘postgenomics’, studies mainly the composition, expression and combinatorial protein function mode of all proteins in cells, tissues and body fluids. Besides the conjunction of integer concept in traditional Chinese medicine, this research method also aims at probing function, expression, and interaction of proteome. To provide reference for the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine, starting with the ‘holistic concept’, this paper summarizes the conceptual connotation of proteomics and the progress made in applied proteomics for study of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, classic prescriptions and traditional Chinese medicine mechanism, and discusses the significance and role of applied proteomics in the study of traditional Chinese medicine.更多还原
