【摘要】 "荣-卫""津-胃""水-火"在《伤寒论》中分论于太阳、阳明、少阴,是基于"和"思想引申的3组相对独立的配对关系,在太阳荣卫、阳明津胃、少阴水火各自相对独立的配对关系中,3种配对关系以"阴阳和合"为基础构成了"和"状态下的相互依存,相互为用,阴平阳秘的内在联系,而其相互制衡的内在联系又构成了以此消彼长为特点的失和状态;此外太阳荣卫、阳明津胃、少阴水火三者之间又存在联动关系,即"阴阳和合"阴层面的"荣-津-水"与阳层面的"卫-胃-火"的双线联动关系,而太阳荣卫、阳明津胃、少阴水火的"失和"又会分别作为制动点通过"荣-津-水"与"卫-胃-火"引起系统的、整体的盛衰联动,这种联动不仅体现了《伤寒论》的传变体系,同时也暗言了《伤寒论》即病防变思想。更多还原

【Abstract】 ‘Rong qi-wei qi’, ‘body fluid-stomach qi’ and ‘water-fire’ are divided into Taiyang, Yangming and Shaoyin in Shanghan Lun, which are three groups of relatively independent pairing relationships based on the idea of ‘harmony’. In the relatively independent pairing relationship of Taiyang rong qi-wei qi, Yangming body fluid-stomach qi and Shaoyin water-fire, based on the ‘harmony of yin and yang’, the three pairing relationships constitute the internal relationship of interdependence, mutual use and balance between yin and yang, the internal relationship of their mutual restriction also constitutes a state of disharmony characterized by eliminating each other’s strengths. In addition, there is a linkage relationship among Taiyang rong qi-wei qi, Yangming body fluid-stomach qi and Shaoyin water-fire, it is based on the double line linkage relationship between ‘rong qi-body fluid-water’ and ‘wei qi-stomach qi-fire’ under the guidance of ‘harmony of yin and yang’. The imbalance of Taiyang rong qi-wei qi, Yangming body fluid-stomach qi and Shaoyin water-fire will act as braking points respectively, causing a systematic and overall rise and fall linkage through ‘rong qi-body fluid-water’ and ‘wei qi-stomach qi-fire’.
