fNIRS技术在针灸研究中的应用探析
Disscussion on the application of fNIRS technology in acupuncture and moxibustion research
【摘要】 功能性近红外光谱技术(fNIRS)是一种可动态监测组织血氧代谢变化的无创技术。近年来,fNIRS在针灸研究中的应用逐渐成为热点。笔者以PubMed、Web of Science、Embase、中国知网及万方数据库作为检索数据库,对fNIRS在针灸领域的应用文献进行全面检索和分析。结果显示目前fNIRS主要应用于针灸临床研究上,实验研究十分匮乏。其研究价值主要用于探索生理和病理状态下针灸对组织血氧代谢反应的影响。涉及的主要病种有抑郁、广泛性焦虑障碍、头痛、脑卒中和血管性痴呆。
【Abstract】 Functional near-infrared spectroscopy(fNIRS) is a safe and non-invasive technology to dynamically monitor changes of tissue blood oxygen metabolism. In recent years, the application of fNIRS has gradually become a hot spot in the acupuncture research. In this paper, PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, CNKI and Wanfang databases were retrieved comprehensively to include literature regarding the application of fNIRS in the field of acupuncture. Based on the results of literature analysis, it reveals that at present fNIRS is generally applied in clinical acupuncture research, but experimental research is scarce. fNIRS research in acupuncture field mainly involved the exploration of the effects of acupuncture on blood oxygen metabolism under physiological and pathological conditions. The pathological conditions mainly includes depression, generalized anxiety disorder, headache, stroke and cerebrovascular dementia.
