【Abstract】 YANGs’ medical school in Qiantang area originated in late Qing dynasty, initiated by a famous scholarphysician, YANG Er-shan. It mainly covers Qiantang area and over one hundred years after five generation inheritance. YANGs’ medical school in Qiantang is good at treating fevers, lung diseases, spleen and stomach diseases, and has formed a series of characteristic academic thoughts such as paying attention to spleen and stomach, combining syndrome differentiation with disease differentiation, making it an important part of Qiantang medical school. YANG Shao-shan, the third-generation representative successor of YANGs’ medical school in Qiantang, inherits the academic characteristics of YANGs’ medical school and forms his own academic thoughts.
