【摘要】 目的:探讨健脾养胃法辅助化疗对胃癌患者舌苔真菌的影响。方法:临床招募胃癌化疗患者67例(观察组42例,化疗组25例),55名体检者作为对照组。化疗组按照NCCN指南标准化疗方案进行化疗,观察组在化疗基础上给予健脾养胃方口服。两组均治疗3个月,完成3次化疗。治疗前后进行生活质量评分,基于18S rRNA基因进行高通量测序舌苔菌群。结果:治疗后,观察组生活质量显著高于化疗组(P<0.05)。观察组舌苔真菌丰富度显著高于对照组和化疗组(P<0.05)。与对照组和观察组比较,化疗组舌苔念珠菌属相对丰度显著升高(P<0.05),粗糙孔菌属和小皮伞属相对丰度显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:舌苔真菌可以作为评价健脾养胃法辅助胃癌化疗的潜在生物标志。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the effects of Jianpi Yangwei method on tongue coating fungi in patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: A total of 67 gastric cancer patients(42 cases in the observation group and 25 cases in the chemotherapy group) were recruited from the clinical and the control group(55 cases) were recruited from the healthy medical examiners. The chemotherapy group was given chemotherapy according to NCCN guidelines, and the observation group was given Jianpi Yangwei Decoction on the basis of chemotherapy. The life quality score was evaluated before and after 3 months of treatment and tongue microbiota were tested by high-throughput sequencing based on 18 S rRNA gene. Results: After treatment, the life quality of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the chemotherapy group(P<0.05). The richness of tongue coating fungi in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group and the chemotherapy group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group and observation group, the relative abundance of Candida was significantly increased(P<0.05) and the relative abundance of Trechispora and Marasmius were significantly decreased in the chemotherapy group(P<0.01, P<0.05). Conclusion: The tongue coating fungi can be a potential biomarker for the evaluation of Jianpi Yangwei method assisting chemotherapy in patients with gastric cancer.更多还原
