【Abstract】 Chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG) is a special type of chronic gastritis, which is one of the common, frequently occurring and refractory diseases of digestive system. It is often accompanied by intestinal metaplasia, dysplasia(intraepithelial neoplasia) and inflammatory reaction. Traditional Chinese medicine has its own characteristics in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. This paper elaborates the etiology and pathogenesis of chronic atrophic gastritis in TCM, TCM syndrome differentiation, difficulties and deficiencies of TCM diagnosis and treatment, and the countermeasures of TCM diagnosis and treatment, and looks forward to its development prospects.更多还原
