【摘要】 从供给侧改革视角透视冰雪体育资源共享的理论和现实问题,对推进冰雪运动进校园和带动三亿人参与冰雪运动具有重要意义。研究认为:当前高校冰雪体育资源供给存在4个主要特征:一是冰雪场地资源供给主体多元化,配置不均衡,室内场馆资源供给不足;二是冰雪师资队伍数量基本满足当前需求,不能适应发展需要,专业结构和教育教学能力有待改善;三是冰雪体育课程与竞赛供求不均衡;四是条件保障不足,供给主体仍需多元化。同时,提出基于体育联盟的高校冰雪体育资源共享机制理论模型,包括教师培训与共享机制、课程开发与共享机制、场馆共建与共享机制,以及竞赛资源整合机制和体育信息管理平台共建与安全机制,为推进冰雪运动进校园和带动三亿人参与冰雪运动提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Viewing the theoretical and practical problems of ice and snow sports resource sharing from the perspective of supply side reform is of great significance to promote ice and snow sports into the campus and drive 300 million people to participate in ice and snow sports. The research shows that there are four main characteristics in the supply of ice and snow sports resources in Colleges and Universities: first, the main body of ice and snow sports resources supply is diversified, the allocation is unbalanced, and the supply of indoor venues resources is insufficient; Second, the number of ice and snow teachers basically meets the current needs, can not meet the needs of development, and the professional structure and education and teaching ability need to be improved; Third, the supply and demand of ice and snow sports courses and competitions are unbalanced; Fourth, the condition guarantee is insufficient, and the supply subject still needs to be diversified. At the same time, it puts forward the theoretical model of College ice and snow sports resource sharing mechanism based on sports alliance, including teacher training and sharing mechanism, curriculum development and sharing mechanism, venue co construction and sharing mechanism, competition resource integration mechanism and sports information management platform co construction and security mechanism, so as to provide reference for promoting ice and snow sports into the campus and driving 300 million people to participate in ice and snow sports.更多还原
