生物发酵小麦秸秆对肉牛的育肥效果

【摘要】 [目的]观察生物发酵小麦秸秆对肉牛的育肥效果。[方法]选择8月龄体重在300 kg左右的本地黄牛×西门塔尔杂交牛,在饲喂基础日粮的同时,分别加喂未发酵的小麦秸秆和发酵过的小麦秸秆,观察肉牛的增重情况,并核算养殖收益。[结果]肉牛加喂发酵过的小麦秸秆日增重0.60 kg,比对照组日增重0.40 kg,高出0.20 kg,养殖收益对比明显。[结论]生物发酵小麦秸秆用于肉牛养殖,收益明显。

【Abstract】 [Objective] To observe the fattening effect of bio-fermented wheat Straw on beef cattle. [Method] 8-month old hybrid cattle of local yellow cattle and Simmental weighing about 300 kg were selected. While feeding the basic diet, the selected cattle were fed with the unfermented wheat straw and fermented wheat straw, respectively. Then the weight gain of beef cattle was observed and the profit of breeding was calculated. [Results] The daily gain of beef cattle fed fermented wheat straw was 0.60 kg, which was 0.20 kg higher than that of control group, and the comparison of breeding benefits is obvious. [Conclusion] The breeding benefits are clear using the biological fermentation wheat straw in beef cattle breeding.
