【摘要】 目的:调查包头市中学生屈光现状,分析中学生视力不良情况。方法:采取随机整群抽样方法,抽取包头市青山区26所中学初一至高三共22 618名学生调查视力情况,建立包头市中学生屈光数据库,进行统计学分析。结果:(1)中学生总体近视检出率83.85%,远视检出率1.31%,散光检出率62.12%。初中生近视患病率80.22%,高中生近视患病率88.83%。随学段升高,近视检出率增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)不同学习阶段女生视力不良发生率均高于男生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)中学生视力不良总体矫正率25.25%,框架眼镜使用率占全部矫正96.30%。结论:(1)包头市中学生视力不良发生率较高,以近视为主;随学段增加,近视患病率升高;(2)中学生女生视力不良发生率高于男生;(3)包头市中学生视力不良矫正率较低,以近视用框架眼镜矫正为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the refractive status of middle school students in Baotou and analyze the condition of poor eyesight. Methods:A random cluster sampling method was adopted to select 22,618 students from the first to third grades in 26 middle schools in Qingshan district in Baotou to investigate their visual acuity, establish a refractive database and conduct statistical analysis. Results:(1) The overall detection rate of myopia in middle school students was 83.85 %; the hyperopia was 1.31 %; the astigmatism was 62.12 %; the prevalence of myopia in junior high school students was 80.22 %; the prevalence of myopia in high school students was 88.83 %; The detection rate of myopia increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2) The incidence of refractive error among girls at different learning stages was higher than that of boys, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3) The overall refractive error correction rate was 25.25 %, the frame glasses utilization was 96.30 %.
