【摘要】 目的:调查白云鄂博稀土矿区矿工头发样本中稀土元素含量,为稀土元素暴露的职业防护以及矿区环境治理提供数据支持。方法:选取白云鄂博稀土矿区53名矿工为暴露组,包头市南部距矿区135公里处A村庄57名健康农民为对照组。采集两组人群头发样本,使用电感耦合等离子体质谱法检测两组人群发样中15种稀土元素含量并进行比较。结果:暴露组男性发样中La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Tb、Ho、Tm、Yb含量高于对照组男性(P<0.05),暴露组女性发样中La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Tm含量高于对照组女性(P<0.05);暴露组男性发样中La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Yb含量高于暴露组女性(P<0.05),对照组男女发样中稀土元素含量差异无统计学意义。结论:白云鄂博稀土矿区矿工发样中多种稀土元素含量高于对照组,且男性矿工发样中多种稀土元素含量高于女性矿工。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the concentrations of rare earth elements in hair samples of miners in Baiyunebo Rare Earth Mining Area, and to provide data support for occupational protection of rare earth exposure and environmental management of mining area. Methods:53 miners in Baiyunebo Rare Earth Mining Area were chosen as the exposed group and 57 healthy farmers living in a village 135 km away from the mining area in the south of Baotou were chosen as the control group. The concentrations of 15 rare earth elements in hair samples of the two groups were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Results:The concentrations of La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Tb, Ho, Tm and Yb in the male hair samples were higher in the exposed group than those in the control group(P<0.05), and the concentrations of La, Ce, Pr, Nd and Tm in the female hair samples were higher in the exposed group than those in the control group(P<0.05); the concentrations of La, Ce, Pr, Nd and Yb in hair samples were higher in the males than those in the females of the exposed group(P<0.05), while there was no difference in the concentrations of rare earth elements in hair samples between the males and the females of the control group. Conclusion:The concentrations of multiple rare earth elements in hair samples of miners in Baiyunebo Rare Earth Mining Area are higher than those in the control group, and the concentrations of multiple rare earth elements in hair samples of male miners are higher than those of female miners.更多还原
