【摘要】 目的:通过SSDM系统的干预观察规律随诊的系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者精神健康的变化,为SLE患者管理提供可行性依据。方法:纳入SLE患者70例,将其各类信息录入SSDM系统,规律随访12个月,评估各项指标变化;从纳入的70例SLE患者中根据HADS抑郁评分筛选出32例抑郁患者,规律随访12个月,评估各项指标变化。结果:SLE患者SLEDI评分呈下降趋势且差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);32例抑郁患者HADS焦虑抑郁评分均较基线降低而SF-36评分较基线升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在SSDM系统干预下SLE患者精神健康及病情控制明显改善。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The intervention of SSDM system was used to observe the changes of mental health in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) at regular follow-up, thus providing a feasible basis for the management of SLE patients.Method: 70 patients with SLE were included and all kinds of information was input into SSDM system. Regular follow-up was conducted for 12 months to evaluate the changes of various indicators.From the 70 SLE patients included, 32 patients with depression were selected according to HADS depression score. Regular follow-up for 12 months was conducted to evaluate the changes of various indicators.Results: SLEDI score of SLE patients showed a downward trend and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The HADS anxiety and depression scores of 32 depressed patients were all lower than those of baseline, while the SF-36 score was higher than that of baseline, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion: The mental health and condition control of SLE patients were significantly improved after SSDM system intervention.更多还原
