【摘要】 目的:探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情发生期间护士的应急能力、心理状态、应对方式的现状及相关性。方法:使用一般情况调查表、突发公共事件应急能力测评量表、GAD-7心理自评量表、HQ-9心理自评量表、简易应对方式量表对内蒙古地区528名护士进行调查。结果:(1)护士总体应急能力得分率是81.81%,属中高等水平;高等水平人数共301人占总人数57.0%。(2)应急能力强的护士抑郁、焦虑率均显著降低(χ~2=7.80,P=0.005、χ~2=9.051,P=0.003)。(3)应急能力水平高积极应对方式得分高(F=11.46,P=0.000)。结论:护士应急能力整体属于中高等水平,但在各维度间不均衡;护士应急能力水平高低与心理状态及应对方式具有相关性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the status and relevance of nurses’ emergency ability, psychological state and coping style during the occurrence of new coronavirus pneumonia. Methods: A survey of 528 nurses in Inner Mongolia was conducted using the general situation questionnaire, the public emergency response assessment scale, GAD-7 psychological self-assessment scale, HQ-9 psychological self-assessment scale, and simple coping style scale. Results:(1) The nurse’s overall emergency response score rate was 81.81 %, which belonged to the middle and high level; 301 nurses at the high level accounted for 57.0 % of the total number.(2) The depression and anxiety rates of nurses with strong emergency ability were significantly reduced(χ~2=7.80,P=0.005、χ~2=9.051,P=0.003);(3) Nurses who had a high level of emergency ability had a high score in their positive response(F=11.46,P=0.000). Conclusion: The emergency response ability of nurses as a whole belongs to the middle and high level, but it is unbalanced among dimensions. The level of emergency ability of nurses is related to mental state and coping style.更多还原
