【摘要】 目的:观察腮腺区良性肿瘤术后使用负压引流结合弹力绷带加压包扎对涎瘘的预防效果。方法:随机选取60名行腮腺区肿瘤术的患者作为研究对象,分为观察组和对照组,分别应用负压引流结合弹力绷带压、传统橡皮片结合弹力绷带对术区进行加压包扎,对比分析二者预防术后涎瘘发生的效果。结果:持续负压引流结合弹力绷带加压包扎后的患者术后涎瘘发生率明显低于橡皮片结合弹力绷带加压包扎的患者。结论:持续负压引流结合弹力绷带加压对预防腮腺区肿瘤术后涎瘘发生具有显著的效果,是一种安全、可靠、有效的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the preventive effect of negative pressure drainage combined with elastic bandage on salivary fistula after operation of benign parotid tumor. Methods:Sixty patients who underwent parotid gland tumor surgery were randomly selected as the research object and divided into observation group and control group. The observation group and the control group were treated with negative pressure drainage combined with elastic bandage pressure and traditional rubber sheet combined with elastic bandage, respectively. The preventive effects of the two methods on postoperative salivary fistula were compared and analyzed. Results:The incidence of postoperative salivation fistula in patients with continuous negative pressure drainage combined with elastic bandage pressurized dressing was significantly lower than that in patients with rubber sheet combined with elastic bandage pressurized dressing. Conclusion:Continuous negative pressure drainage combined with elastic bandage compression is a safe, reliable and effective method to prevent salivary fistula after parotid gland tumor surgery.更多还原
