齿轮箱吊杆组件杆体强度分析

【摘要】 以机车转向架悬挂部件中的齿轮箱吊杆组件作为研究对象,采用SW软件建立齿轮箱吊杆组件模型,简化三维模型结构、优化模型参数,通过FEA分析软件校核齿轮箱吊杆组件杆体强度,研究内容如下:(1)极限拉伸载荷100 k N工况下,分析齿轮箱吊杆结构并校核42CrMo材质是否满足强度需求.(2)极限压缩载荷100 k N工况下,分析齿轮箱吊杆结构并校核42CrMo材质是否满足强度需求.

【Abstract】 With the improvement of China’s comprehensive national strength,rail railway transportation has become the main mode of transportation in modern China. The bogie is one of the key components of rail transit,an important part of which is the gearbox hanger assembly,playing an important role in carrying and transferring locomotive traction force and braking force. In the locomotive bogie,the rubber elastic element is the main component of the suspension device. Once the fault occurs,it will bring great hidden danger to the locomotive running,and the change of its performance parameters will also affect the train’s running comfort and stability. Herein,the gearbox derrick assembly in the suspension parts of the locomotive bogie was taken as the research object,and SW software was used to establish the gearbox derrick assembly model; the 3-D model structure was simplified,the model parameters were optimized,and the strength of gearbox derrick assembly rod was checked through FEA analysis software. The research contents were as follows:1) Under the working condition of 100 k N ultimate tensile load,the gear box boom structure was analyzed,checking whether the material of 42 CrMo meets the strength requirement; 2) Under the working condition of 100 k N ultimate compression load,the gear box boom structure was analyzed,checking whether the material of 42 CrMo meets the strength requirement.
