碳纤维增强聚苯硫醚复合材料界面性能的研究进展

【摘要】 碳纤维增强聚苯硫醚树脂复合材料因其良好的机械性能、阻燃性、耐化学腐蚀性,在电子信息、航天航空等领域的应用越发广泛。界面是影响复合材料性能的关键因素,为进一步提高复合材料性能以适应不同的构件和使用环境,碳纤维与聚苯硫醚的界面性能越来越受到重视。本文从成型工艺、碳纤维上浆剂和树脂改性三个方面总结了碳纤维增强聚苯硫醚复合材料界面性能的影响因素和研究进展。

【Abstract】 Carbon fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide resin composites are widely used in electronic information, aerospace and other fields due to their good mechanical properties, flame retardant and chemical corrosion resistance. The interface between carbon fiber and polyphenylene sulfide is a key factor determining the composite performance. For further improving the properties of composites to adapt to different construction and service environments, more and more attentions have been paid to the interface properties between carbon fiber and polyphenylene sulfide. In this paper, the factors affecting the interfacial properties of carbon fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide composites are summarized from the views of process conditions, carbon fiber sizing and resin modification.
