【摘要】 党的十八大以来,习近平总书记围绕思政课教师发表了一系列重要论述,科学阐明了发挥思政课教师关键作用的时代意蕴、实践要求与保障机制。思政课教师担负着培育社会主义建设者和接班人的时代重任,与广大教师群体一道构筑起当代中国的立教之本,直接影响到各阶段学生的成长成才。思政课教师要在适应时代要求中增强信心、提高素养、注重创新,努力达成"六点要求"、实现"八个相统一"。为实现新时代思政课高质量建设,要坚持和加强党的领导、完善创新配套工作机制、统筹推进大中小学思政课一体化建设,更好地发挥思政课教师的关键作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping has published a series of important expositions on ideological and political teachers,and scientifically expounded the significance of the times,practical requirements and guarantee mechanisms of giving full play to the key role of ideological and political teachers. Ideological and political teachers are to shoulder the responsibility of cultivating socialist builders and successors. Together with the group of teachers,they build the foundation of education in contemporary China,which directly affects the growth and success of students at all stages. Ideological and political teachers should enhance their confidence,improve their quality,pay attention to innovation so as to meet the requirements of the times,and strive to achieve the“six requirements”and realize the “eight unities”.
