【摘要】 减量提质是城市发展到一定阶段后的必然要求。针对在治理城市病过程中存在的数据不够丰富、方法不够创新、挖掘不深入、监测不够及时等问题,制定了"全、细、实"的城市空间信息监测内容与指标体系,构建了复杂环境下的城市空间监测数据获取、处理、质检、展示等技术体系,提出了基本、综合、专题"三位一体"的统计分析体系,并创建了社会化应用的软件体系、产品体系和应用模式。成果能够提升城市治理能力、精细化管理水平,可为其他城市提供借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reduction and quality improvement are an inevitable requirement after the urban development reaches a certain stage.In view of the problems existing in the process of treating urban diseases,such as insufficient data,insufficient innovation of methods,lack of in-depth mining and insufficient timely monitoring,a " comprehensive,detailed and real" urban spatial information monitoring content and index system was formulated,a technical system for urban spatial monitoring data acquisition,processing,quality inspection and display in complex environment was constructed,and basic,comprehensive and special topics were put forward " Trinity" statistical analysis system,and created the software system,product system and application mode of social application.The results could improve the urban governance ability and fine management level,and could provide reference for other cities.更多还原
