多级分层联动管理模式在妇产科住院医师规范化培训中的探索与实践
Exploration and practice of Multi-level Linkage Management Mode in standardized training of residents in obstetrics and gynecology
【摘要】 目的探讨多级分层联动管理模式在妇产科住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)中的作用和效果,探索住培管理新模式。方法以福建省妇幼保健院妇产科为例,探索住培管理工作中实行多级分层联动管理模式,比较分析多级分层联动管理模式启用前后住院医师的年度考合格率、结业考核合格率、满意度和师资评价情况。结果构建多级分层联动管理模式,可以提高住院医师年度考核率和结业考核率,提升住院医师对培训基地组织管理、教学实施、环境和师资的满意度。结论多级分层联动的管理模式在妇产科住培管理工作中既可以提升住院医师教学质量,又可以提高住院医师对培训基地的满意度。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of multi-level linkage management mode in the standardized training of obstetrics and gynecology residents. Methods The practice experience of implementing multi-level linkage management mode in the standardized training management of resident doctors in Obstetrics and Gynecology Department of Fujian Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital was taken as an example. This paper expounded the characteristics of standardized training for resident doctors in obstetrics and gynecology, and the established management system. In addition, the annual passing rate, completion assessment passing rate, satisfaction and teacher evaluation of residents before and after the multi-level linkage management mode were compared and analyzed. Results Obstetrics and gynecology set kinds of sub-specialties and different sub-specialties with uneven quality of teachers and teaching activities. The establishment of multi-level linkage management model could improve the annual assessment rate and completion assessment rate of residents, and enhance the satisfaction of residents with the management of training bases,teaching implementation, environment and teachers. Conclusion The multi-level linkage management mode can run smoothly in the standardized training management of obstetrics and gynecology residents, which can not only improve the teaching quality of residents, but also improve the satisfaction of residents with the training base.
