【摘要】 目的总结中南医院医学检验专业住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)的方案与应用经验,为检验医师的培养提供参考。方法梳理分析中南医院医学检验专业住培基地近5年的培训内容、流程和检验专业培训中存在的问题,提出对加强检验专业住培工作的几点思考。结果检验医师临床咨询、会诊能力及检验结果解释分析等方面尚缺乏统一的培训及考核标准,需要在今后的实践中进一步探索。结论检验专业住培不同于其他专业,需要根据检验专业特点不断地调整培训内容和方式,以提高培训的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of standardized training for resident doctors of clinical laboratory medicine in Central South Hospital,and provide reference for the training of professionals for clinical laboratory medicine.Methods The specific contents of training,procedures and problems existing in the professional training of medical laboratory residents in the training base of Central South Hospital over the past five years were summarized. A plan was proposed for the standardized training of medical laboratory residents.Results There was still a lack of uniform training and assessment standards for clinical consultation,consultation ability and interpretation and analysis of test results, which needs to be further explored in the future practice.Conclusion The standardized training of resident physicians in clinical laboratory medicine is different from that of other specialties,so it is necessary to keep revising the training contents and methods according to the characteristics of this specialty so as to improve the training effect.更多还原
