道路循环工况下微粒捕集器连续再生特性的仿真分析

【摘要】 柴油机排气微粒捕集器的连续再生技术(CRT技术)是柴油车排气后处理技术中的一项关键技术.文中利用建立的某重型柴油车GT-Drive仿真模型,对该柴油车不同道路工况下排气微粒捕集器连续再生的动态特性进行了分析,研究了不同道路工况下捕集器微粒沉积量以及柴油车载荷对捕集器连续再生特性的影响.通过研究,获得了该柴油车不同道路工况下排气微粒捕集器的连续再生特性以及捕集器微粒沉积量和柴油车载荷对捕集器连续再生特性的影响规律.研究工作可以为柴油机排气后处理CRT技术的研究提供必要的基础和参考.

【Abstract】 The technology of continuous regeneration trap(CRT) is an important technology of diesel particulate emission control. The characteristics of the CRT system of a heavy diesel vehicle under transient driving cycle were analyzed by using the continuous regeneration mathematics models and GT-Drive simulation software. The effects of road conditions, particulate mass and vehicle loads on the continuous regeneration characteristics of the trap have been investigated. The systemic recognitions on the transient characteristics of the CRT system of diesel vehicle under transient driving cycle were obtained based on this investigation. The investigation results of this paper can provide the bases for the study and development of CRT system, the establishment of the control strategy of CRT system and the matching of CRT system.
