【Abstract】 In order to develop the colleges and universities, it is necessary to carry out scientific management. One of the most important aspects is the management of working materials in colleges and universities. The use of working materials management system for university working materials management is conducive to the realization of data information sharing, so that the university working materials management is more scientific and standardized.
