香菇菌糠水提液对不同食用菌的化感作用

【摘要】 以羊肚菌、木耳、茶薪菇、紫芝、云芝、平菇、香菇、杏鲍菇为试材,采用平板培养法研究香菇菌糠水提液对8种食用菌菌丝的生长影响,以期为香菇菌糠循环利用栽培食用菌提供参考依据。结果表明:香菇菌糠水提液对不同食用菌菌丝生长有不同程度的影响,对紫芝、木耳、云芝有显著的生长促进作用;对羊肚菌有显著的抑制作用;对茶薪菇、平菇、香菇、杏鲍菇表现为随香菇菌糠水提液添加浓度增加先促进后抑制的作用。

【Abstract】 Morchella spp.,Auricularia auricula(L.ex Hook.)Underwood,Agrocybecylindracea,Ganoderma sinense,Coriolus versicolor,Pleurotus ostreatus,Lentinula edodes and Pleurotus eryngii were used as test materials.The allelopathy of water extract of spent substract of Lentinula edodes on the mycelium growth of eight edible mushrooms were investigated using petri dishes approach,in order to provide a reference for the recycling of spent substrate to cultivate edible mushroom.The rusults showed that water extract of spent substrate of Lentinula edodes had different effects on the growth of mycelium.The mycelium of Auricularia auricula(L.ex Hook.)Underwood,Ganoderma sinense,Coriolus versicolor grew better with water extract,while the mycelia of Agrocybe cylindracea,Pleurotus ostreatus,Lentinula edodes,Pleurotus eryngii were first grew better than inhibited with the concentration of water extracts.However Morchellaspp.was inhibited by spent substrate extracts.
