【摘要】 农业是国民经济的支柱产业。农业经济竞争力是农业经济发展表现出的综合能力。该研究根据2017年数据,构建黑龙江省农业经济竞争力评价指标体系,采用3种客观赋权方法改进级差最大化组合赋权模型,综合评价黑龙江省13个地市的农业经济竞争力强弱程度并进行排序,最大可能的拉开被评价对象的差异,并通过组合权重保证了多种评价结果排序的合理性。基于综合评价结果给出提升黑龙江省农业经济竞争力的对策及建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Agriculture is the pillar industry of national economy development.The competitiveness of agricultural economy was the comprehensive ability of agricultural economic development.Based on the data of 2017,the evaluation index system of agricultural economic competitiveness in Heilongjiang Province was constructed,three objective weighting methods were used to improve the combined weighting model of maximizing the grade difference.The degree of agricultural economic competitiveness of 13 prefectures and cities in Heilongjiang Province was comprehensively evaluated and sorted,the differences of the evaluated objects were opened to the maximum extent,and the rationality of the ranking of various evaluation results was guaranteed through the combined weight.Based on the comprehensive evaluation results,the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the competitiveness of agricultural economy in Heilongjiang Province were given.更多还原
