【摘要】 文章从协同治理驱动力、协同治理压力、协同治理状态与影响、协同治理响应等四个方面筛选出28个评价指标,以构建综合评价指标体系。文章构建了模糊物元可拓模型,并界定了治理效果综合评价等级标准以及各评价指标的等级标准。文章选择位于长江下游的N市作为案例研究对象,采集了该市2011年-2019年28个评价指标的基础数据,并根据前面设计的研究路径,对该市2011年-2019年城镇环境污染协同治理效果进行了综合评价。文章旨在弥补现有研究的缺陷和不足,为综合评价城镇环境污染协同治理效果提供新的思路和方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper screens 28 evaluation indices from the four aspects of synergistic governance driving, synergistic governance pressure, synergistic governance status and influence, synergistic governance response, which is to design the system of comprehensive evaluation indices. This paper creates the model based on fuzzy matter-element extension, and defines the grade standards for the comprehensive evaluation on governance effects and each evaluation index. This paper selects N-city which is in the downstream of the Yangtze River as the object of case study, and collects the basic data of 28 evaluation indices in that city from 2011 to 2019. According to the research path designed previously, this paper carries the comprehensive evaluation on the synergistic governance effects of urban environmental pollution in that city from 2011 to 2019. This paper aims to make up for the defects and lack in existing research, and provides new ideas and methods for comprehensive evaluation of synergistic governance effects of urban environmental pollution.更多还原
