某城市河道水污染溯源案例的研究

【摘要】 三维荧光光谱分析是近二十年发展起来的一种新兴的荧光分析技术。研究中利用水质自动预警溯源仪,通过水质指纹的比对,快速准确地实现了山东省某河道所发生的一次特殊水污染事件的预警溯源。水质自动预警溯源仪在线实时监测的过程中,将河道的背景信息与动态变化过程中的水质指纹信息进行比较,发现异常,及时预警并连续跟踪采样分析,同时结合河道上游的排污情况,在COD、氨氮等水质指标未超标的情况下,通过水质指纹的识别比对准确实现了污染溯源。这次水质异常事件是由上游某建筑企业在粉刷墙面过程中,将涂料废水排入河道所致。

【Abstract】 Three-Dimensional Fluorescence Spectroscopy is a new fluorescence analysis technique developed in recent decades. This paper uses an automatic advanced instrument of early-warning and tracing for water pollution to compareaqueous fingerprints of water, to make advanced warning and tracing quickly and accurately of water pollution in an urban watercourse. The instrument continuouslycollects and analyzes the watercourse background information as well as the dynamic changing aqueous fingerprints. When there is abnormal water pattern information, the instrument will give advanced warning in time and keep it tracking. It collecting and analyzing continuously, taking into account the discharge situation in upstream watercourse. Pollution traceability is accurately realized by identifying aqueous fingerprints and comparing water quality indicators such as COD, ammonia nitrogen, etc. The water pollution event is resulted from discharging of painting into water from an upstream building.
