【Abstract】 The objective of the experiment was to introduce the purified sericin into the preparation of fibronectin(FN) from bovine plasma as a cryoprotectant. The fibronectin was prepared by affinity chromatography and the purified sericin was used to prepare protective agent in a certain proportion. Results showed the two batches of fibronectin preparations with sericin protectant had good biological activity. It did not degrade for 30 months stored at(25) ± 2)℃. It is, therefore, concluded that the introduction of purified sericin into bovine plasma fibronectin lyophilized preparation can prolong its storage time.更多还原
