【摘要】 为探索两广二号蚕种冷藏期限问题,2018—2019年进行了冷藏时间、繁育期对两广二号越年种孵化率的影响试验。试验表明:冷藏时间与两广二号孵化率呈极显著负相关,与皓月×菁松孵化率相关不显著;两广二号不同繁育期、冷藏时间及二者交互作用的孵化率差异极显著;两广二号春制越年种冷藏安全期为111 d,秋制种冷藏安全期为162 d。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the problem of refrigerated duration of Liangguang No.2 eggs,the experiment on refrigerated duration and breeding time affecting the hatchability of hibernating eggs of Liangguang No.2 silkworm was carried out during 2018 and 2019.The results showed that the refrigerated duration is negatively highly correlated with the hatchability of Liangguang No.2,while it is insignificantly correlated with that of Haoyue×Qingsong;the difference between different breeding time,refrigerated time and their interaction is highly significant;Liangguang No.2 hibernating eggs prepared during the spring can be safely stored in refrigerator for 111 days,while it prepared in the autumn can be safely refrigerated for 162 days.更多还原
