【摘要】 近年来各级政府在食品安全监管上投入了大量的人力物力,但是食品安全时有发生,政府部门的一元监管模式面临诸多困境,构建食品安全社会共治体系成为食品安全监管的现实选择。分析得出,共治体系由负责任的政府、有信心的消费者、有活力的社会组织和诚信的企业构成,通过整合社会资源,形成共治主体之间相互协作、利益制衡的运行机制,能够有效提高食品安全治理能力和水平。更多还原
