【摘要】 通过对新生代农民工就业结构变化趋势,城市影响新生代农民工市民化意愿的推力因素,影响新生代农民工"市民化地"选择意愿因素进行研究分析,从创造就业机会、扩大就业空间、提升就业质量;减小影响新生代农民工市民化意愿的推力因素;针对市民化意愿的强弱,分类施策;充分发挥自身优势,尽量克服自身劣势等方面,提出中部地区吸引跨省流动新生代农民工回流市民化的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 It investigated and analyzed the changing trends of the employment structure in tuis paper of the new generation of migrant workers,the driving factors of cities that affect the new generation of migrant workers’ willingness to become citizens,as well as factors that influence the new generation’s intentions to select cities and towns where the migrant population from rural areas has truly completed the process of citizenization.Then it proposed strategies for central regions to promote the returning of trans-provincial new migrant workers.According to the study,the returning can be promoted by creating employment opportunities,expanding employment space,enhancing the quality of employment,reducing the driving factors that affect the new migrant workers’ willingness to become citizens,carrying out classified policies based on their willingness to become citizens,and guiding them to give full play to their advantages and overcome their disadvantages were given in the paper.更多还原
