【摘要】 目的探究家属同步健康教育对胰腺癌手术患者治疗依从性及自我管理效能的影响。方法将150例胰腺癌手术患者按健康教育方式不同分为观察组(72例,实施家属同步健康教育+常规健康教育)及对照组(78例,实施常规健康教育)。比较两组患者干预前及干预3个月后治疗依从性、自我管理效能及生活质量情况。结果干预前,两组患者治疗依从性、自我管理效能、简明健康状况问卷(SF-36)量表各维度评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05);干预后,两组患者治疗依从性、自我管理效能、SF-36量表各维度评分均增加(P﹤0.05),且观察组各维度评分均高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论家属同步健康教育对胰腺癌手术患者治疗依从性及自我管理效能的提高有促进作用,还能改善患者生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of family synchronous health education on treatment compliance and selfmanagement efficacy of patients undergoing pancreatic cancer surgery. Method A total of 150 patients undergoing pancreatic cancer surgery were divided into the control group(n=78, received routine health education) and the observation group(n=72, received routine health education + family synchronous health education). The treatment compliance, selfmanagement efficacy and quality of life before and 3 months after intervention were compared between the two groups.Result There were no significant differences for the various dimensional scores of treatment compliance scale, self-management efficacy scale and the medical outcomes study 36-item short form health survey(SF-36) before intervention(P>0.05), versus increased scores after intervention, with higher scores in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The family synchronous health education can promote the treatment compliance, self-management efficacy and quality of life of patients undergoing pancreatic cancer surgery.更多还原
