【摘要】 目的探讨白细胞介素-17A(IL-17A)和白细胞介素-17F(IL-17F)在卵巢上皮性癌组织中的表达情况及与患者临床特征的关系。方法收集90例卵巢上皮性癌、23例交界性卵巢肿瘤、21例良性卵巢肿瘤患者的肿瘤组织标本,采用免疫组织化学染色法检测3种肿瘤组织中IL-17A和IL-17F的表达情况,分析IL-17A和IL-17F表达与卵巢上皮性癌患者临床特征的关系。结果卵巢上皮性癌患者中IL-17A和IL-17F的阳性表达率均高于交界性卵巢肿瘤患者和良性卵巢肿瘤患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期为Ⅲ～Ⅳ期、有淋巴结转移、中/低分化的卵巢上皮性癌患者中IL-17A和IL-17F的阳性表达率分别高于FIGO分期为Ⅰ～Ⅱ期、无淋巴结转移、高分化的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论卵巢上皮性癌患者中IL-17A和IL-17F的阳性表达率较高,IL-17A和IL-17F可能参与卵巢上皮性癌的发生与发展,可能作为卵巢上皮性癌的诊断指标和潜在治疗靶点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of interleukin-17 A(IL-17 A) and interleukin-17 F(IL-17 F) in epithelial ovarian cancer tissues and their relationship with patients’ clinical characteristics. Method 90 cases of epithelial ovarian cancer, 23 cases of borderline ovarian tumor, and 21 cases of benign ovarian tumor were collected, and the expression of IL-17 A and IL-17 F in the three types of tumor tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining method.The relationship between the expression of IL-17 A and IL-17 F and the clinical characteristics of patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were analyzed. Result The positive rates of IL-17 A and IL-17 F in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer were higher than those with borderline ovarian tumors or benign ovarian tumors, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The positive rates of IL-17 A and IL-17 F in patients with ovarian epithelial cancer with the International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO) staging III-IV, lymph node metastasis, and moderate/poorly differentiated were higher than those with FIGO stage I-II, no lymph node metastasis, and well-differentiated, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The positive rate of IL-17 A and IL-17 F is higher in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer. Either indicator may be involved in the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian cancer,and may be used as diagnostic indicators and potential targets for treatment of epithelial ovarian cancer.更多还原
