【Abstract】 By using the methods of documentary, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, this paper makes an investigation on the kindergartens in Guangzhou, Chaozhou, Zhanjiang and Shaoguan, it analyzed the basic situation of kindergarten organization system, teachers, teachers cognition and value orientation of physical education, and their mastery of physical education theory and skills. It presents the factors influencing the development of kindergarten physical education teachers and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to provide theoretical reference for the cultivation of kindergarten physical education teachers in Guangdong Province, so as to improve the level of kindergarten physical education teachers and the quality of physical education, to achieve the goal of strengthening children’s physique and improving children’s health.更多还原
