桉叶提取物贮藏稳定性探究
Study on Storage Stability of Eucalyptus Leaf Extract
【摘要】 本文以DPPH·和ABTS·+自由基清除率为评价指标,探究桉叶提取物的贮藏稳定性。结果表明:桉叶提取物具有良好的清除自由基能力,其DPPH·和ABTS·+自由基IC50值分别为0.166 mg·mL-1和0.212 mg·mL-1。此外,桉叶提取物在避光、避氧、低温及酸性条件下稳定性好,具有更高的抗氧化活性。本文为桉叶提取物加工或保藏过程中抗氧化稳定性研究提供依据,有助于进一步开发利用桉叶提取物。
【Abstract】 Storage stability of Eucalyptus leaf extract was explored in this study based on indicators of DPPH· and ABTS·+ free radical scavenging rates. The results showed that Eucalyptus leaf extract has good free radical scavenging ability, and its IC50 values of DPPH· and ABTS·+ free radical scavenging rates are 0.166 mg·m L-1 and 0.212 mg·mL-1, respectively. In addition, Eucalyptus leaf extract that is stored in dark, oxygen-free, low temperature and acidic conditions has higher antioxidant activity. This article provides a basis for the antioxidant stability of Eucalyptus leaf extract during processing and storage, and will benefit further development and utilization of Eucalyptus leaf extracts.
