木犀草素纳米乳对DPPH·自由基的清除活性研究
Investigation on Scavenging Effect of Luteolin Nanoemulsion on DPPH· Free Radical
【摘要】 目的:通过DPPH·自由基实验考察木犀草素纳米乳的抗氧化能力。方法:以Vc作为阳性对照,通过木犀草素纳米乳对DPPH·自由基的清除能力来评价其抗氧化活性。结果:木犀草素纳米乳和Vc均对DPPH·自由基具有一定的清除作用,且清除率与药物浓度在0.002~0.014 mg/mL范围内呈正相关。木犀草素纳米乳的抗氧化活性很强,略低于Vc。结论:木犀草素纳米乳具有较强的抗氧化活性。
【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the antioxidant capacity of luteolin nanoemulsion by DPPH· free radical. Methods: The antioxidant activity of luteolin nanoemulsion was evaluated by the scavenging ability of DPPH· free radical with Vc as positive control. Results: Both luteolin nanoemulsion and Vc showed scavenging effect on DPPH· free radical and the scavenging rate was positively correlated with the drug concentration in the range of 0.002-0.014 mg/mL. The antioxidant activity of luteolin nanoemulsion was strong, but slightly lower than that of Vc. Conclusion: Luteolin nanoemulsion has strong antioxidant activity.
