【摘要】 为了更好地规范检测过程和作业行为,实现监测过程的管控,进一步提高烟草专卖品检测业务的服务水平和信息化水平,促进检测业务持续改进,本文提出了一种烟草专卖品检测业务管理系统。系统包含门户层、移动应用服务层、应用层、数据层、公共服务平台层和业务支持平台层,集成了烟草专卖品检测业务从委托到报告发放的全流程信息要素,实现了检测业务全流程的检测和管控,并构建了检测全过程信息数据库、从委托审批到出具报告检测全过程的信息化档案。通过本系统,检测部门可以及时掌握检测进展及结果,实现检测全流程监测和管控。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to better regulate the inspection process and operation behavior, realize the control of the monitoring process, further improve the service level and information level of the monopolized tobacco product inspection business, and promote the continuous improvement of the inspection business, this paper proposed a management system of monopolized tobacco product inspection business. The system included portal layer, mobile application service layer, application layer, data layer, public service platform layer and business support platform layer, etc., integrated the whole process information elements of monopolized tobacco product inspection business from commission to report issuance, realized the inspection and management of the whole process of the inspection business, and built an information database for the whole inspection process, and an information file for the whole inspection process from commissioned approval to issuance of reports.
