播种期对前胡早期抽薹和产质量的影响

【摘要】 为了探讨播种期对前胡早期抽薹及产质量的影响,开展随机区组试验,并用HPLC法测定前胡指标成分含量。结果表明,随着播种时间的推迟,前胡早期抽薹率快速下降(播种期为3月,早期抽薹率降至10%以下),前胡产量先升高后降低,指标成分含量呈现"S"形动态变化。综合考虑早期抽薹率、产量和指标成分含量,在重庆地区,前胡以2月下旬至3月上旬播种为宜,此期播种早期抽薹率较低、产量和质量较高。

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effect of sowing periods on the early bolting, yield and quality of Peucedanum praerupterum, a randomized block test was carried out, and the marker components content of P. praerupterum was determined by HPLC method. The results showed that with the delay of sowing time, the early bolting rate of P. praerupterum decreased rapidly(the early bolting rate decreased to less than 10% at the sowing date of March), the yield increased first and then decreased,and the content of marker components showed an "S" type dynamic change. Considering the early bolting rate, yield and marker components content, the more suitable sowing period for P. praerupterum was from late February to early March in Chongqing, which had a lower early bolting rate and a higher yield and quality.
