不同熊蜂数量对小白菜制种产量的影响

【摘要】 为了使熊蜂授粉技术在小白菜繁育中得到有效应用,本文通过在9个拱棚放置不同数量的熊蜂,初步探讨不同熊蜂数量对小白菜授粉情况的影响。试验结果表明,在面积约180 m2的拱棚内放置50只熊蜂较为适宜(即放置熊蜂约2 775只/hm2),小白菜的结荚数量及结荚率较高,能获得最高的小白菜种子产量。熊蜂授粉技术值得在小白菜繁育过程中推广使用。

【Abstract】 In order to obtain effective application of bumblebee pollination technology in the breeding of non-heading Chinese cabbage, the effect of bumblebee number on pollination of non-heading Chinese cabbage was preliminarily studied by placing different bumblebee numbers in nine sheds. The experimental results showed that it was appropriate to place 50 bumblebees in the shed with an area of about 180 m2(2 775 bumblebees/hm2). Under this condition, the pod number and pod setting rate of non-heading Chinese cabbage were higher, and the highest seed yield of non-heading Chinese cabbage could be obtained. The bumblebee pollination technology is worth popularizing in the breeding process of non-heading Chinese cabbage.
