【Abstract】 With the increasing attention and affection of consumers to natural, green, pollution-free and health-care fruits,Akebia trifoliate(Thunb.) Koidz has gradually attracted people ′ s attention and been widely developed and utilized. In this paper, the research progress of the medicinal value, chemical composition and deep processing of Akebia trifoliate(Thunb.)Koidz were summarized, and the development direction of Akebia trifoliate(Thunb.)
