【摘要】 目的探讨双重抗神经节苷脂抗体阳性的临床特征。方法回顾性分析2014年12月至2020年11月安徽医科大学第一附属医院神经内科收治的23例抗神经节苷脂抗体阳性患者的临床资料。结果 23例患者中,双重抗体阳性9例,其中3例含抗GQ1b抗体阳性者仅1例眼球活动障碍,4例含抗GD1b抗体阳性者有3例出现少见的运动神经轴索损害,无共济失调。9例患者中,6例预后良好。结论双重抗神经节苷脂抗体阳性表现为单一抗体对应症状的不典型或变异,多数预后良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical features of double positive anti-ganglioside antibodies. Methods The clinical data of 23 patients with positive anti-ganglioside antibodies from the Department of Neurology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from December 2014 to November 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Results In all patients there were 9 patients with double positive anti-ganglioside antibodies. Only one of 3 patients who had anti-GQ1 b antibody and another anti-ganglioside antibody presented with ophthalmoplegia. Three of 4 patients who had anti-GD1 b antibody and another anti-ganglioside antibody presented with seldom motor axonal injury and nobody presented with ataxia. Six of the 9 patients had good prognosis. Conclusions Patients with double anti-ganglioside antibodies present with atypical or variant symptoms of corresponding single anti-ganglioside antibody.
