【摘要】 利用2018年中国家庭跟踪调查CFPS数据,采用结构方程模型,研究工作满意度对农民主观幸福感的影响。结果表明:工作满意度对农民主观幸福感具有显著的正向影响,其中非农工作满意度对农民主观幸福感的影响更为显著,未来信心在工作满意度对主观幸福感的影响中起到中介作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The article uses the 2018 China Family Tracking Survey CFPS data and uses a structural equation model to study the impact of job satisfaction on farmers’ subjective well-being. The research results show that job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on farmers’ subjective well-being. Among them, non-agricultural worker’s satisfaction has a more significant impact on farmers’ subjective well-being. Future confidence plays a role in the impact of job satisfaction on subjective well-being.更多还原
