【摘要】 [目的]探索衡阳地区蓝莓绿枝扦插越冬育苗技术,为蓝莓绿枝扦插育苗提供技术支撑。[方法]通过设置生根粉400倍液(2 500mg/L)喷洒苗床、生根粉600倍液(1 667mg/L)喷洒苗床、萘乙酸1 000倍液(1 000mg/L)喷洒苗床3种不同的育苗处理方法,对密斯帝、杜克、奥尼尔、雷戈西4个蓝莓品种的绿枝扦插越冬育苗技术进行研究。[结果]同一蓝莓品种采用不同育苗处理的成活率差异不大;同一育苗处理不同蓝莓品种的成活率差异较大,奥尼尔成活率最高,密斯帝次之,雷戈西再次之,杜克最低。4个蓝莓品种在秋冬季绿枝扦插后,叶片慢慢凋落,扦插成活苗翌年3月初开始萌发新芽,同一蓝莓品种不同育苗处理的扦插苗株高差异不大;同一育苗处理不同蓝莓品种的扦插苗株高差异较大,奥尼尔株高最大,雷戈西次之,密斯帝再次之,杜克最小。扦插300 d以上,4个蓝莓品种扦插苗平均根数和平均根长均以生根粉400倍液(2 500mg/L)喷洒苗床最好,生根粉600倍液(1 667mg/L)喷洒苗床次之,萘乙酸1 000倍液(1 000 mg/L)喷洒苗床再次之;从同一育苗处理来看,扦插苗平均根数和平均根长均以奥尼尔最好,雷戈西次之,密斯帝再次之,杜克最差。[结论]4个蓝莓品种在衡阳地区进行越冬扦插育苗是可行的,其关键是利用生根粉或相关激素进行育苗处理,注意保温保湿并防病害侵染,使插条能够安全越冬。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]In order to provide technical support for blueberry green branch cutting seedling, the overwintering seedling technology of blueberry green branch cutting in Hengyang was explored.[Method]Through three different seedling treatment methods including spraying seedbed with 400 times rooting powder(2 500 mg/L),spraying seedbed with 600 times rooting powder(1 667 mg/L),and spraying seedbed with 1 000 times NAA(1 000 mg/L),the green branch cutting overwintering seedling technology of four different blueberry varieties including Misty, Duke, Onell and Legecy was studied.[Result]There was no significant difference in the survival rate of the same blueberry variety with different seedling treatments; the survival rate of different blueberry varieties with the same seedling treatment was significantly different, with the highest survival rate of Onell, followed by Misty, followed by Legecy, followed by Duke.The leaves of four blueberry varieties slowly withered after green cutting in autumn and winter, and the survival seedlings began to sprout at the beginning of March of the next year.The height difference of the cutting seedlings of the same blueberry variety with different seedling raising treatments was not significant; the height difference of the cutting seedlings of different blueberry varieties with the same seedling raising treatments was large, the height of Onell was the largest, Legecy was the second, Misty was the third, and Duke was the smallest.After cutting for more than 300 days, four blueberry varieties had the best rooting powder 400 times(2 500 mg/L) spray on the seedbed, and rooting powder 600 times(1 667) spray on the seedbed mg/L) spray seedbed next, NAA 1 000 times solution(1 000 mg/L) spray seedbed again; from the same seedling treatment, the average root number and average root length of cuttings were the best in Onell, Legecy was the second, Misty was the third, and Duke was worst.[Conclusion]This study shows that it is feasible for four blueberry varieties to carry out overwintering cutting seedling raising in Hengyang area.The key is to use rooting powder or related hormones for seedling raising, pay attention to heat preservation and moisture preservation and prevent disease infection, so that the cuttings can survive the winter safely.更多还原
