【Abstract】 Wan 2305 S, derived from the cross between an intermediate photoperiod-and thermo-sensitive genic male sterile（PTGMS） line 2301 S/CBB23 F₁₄ and an intermediate restorer material from 1892 S/3401 F₆, is a new photoperiod-and thermo-sensitive genic male sterile（PTGMS） line in Indica rice, with bacterial blight resistance gene Xa23. It has a low critical sterility-inducing temperature and stable male sterility. It also shows high combining ability and is easy to conduct multiplication and hybrid seed production. Under natural conditions in Anhui, 2305 S has a stable sterile period of about 30 d. It was technically identified by the Crop Variety Appraisal Committee of Anhui Province in 2013. Combination 2305 S/Huazhan was tested in the regional trial for mid-season early Indica rice in Hubei Province.更多还原
