【摘要】 为加快川茶产业转型升级,建设茶业强省和加快构建具有四川特色的精制川茶产业体系,以科技创新支撑引领精制川茶产业高质量发展,调查分析了四川省精制川茶产业的发展现状,查找与国内外优势茶产业的技术差距,找准产业发展的瓶颈问题,围绕精制川茶产业的品种、栽培、加工、品控和机械5个环节存在的关键共性技术问题进行分析,并对短期、中期和长期技术需求进行预测,为四川省精制川茶产业技术攻关路线图的编制提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of Sichuan tea industry, to accelerate the construction of Sichuan tea industry system with Sichuan characteristics, and to support the high-quality development of Sichuan tea industry with scientific and technological innovation, we investigated and analyzed the development status, technological gaps with domestic and foreign superior tea industries, key issues in industrial development. We analyzed the key and common technical issues existing in varieties, cultivation, processing, quality control and machinery of Sichuan tea industry, and forecasted the short-term, medium-term and long-term technical needs, aiming at providing references for drafting a road map for technological research on Sichuan tea industry.更多还原
