近红外光谱技术在农产品检测中的应用研究进展
Application Research Progress of Near Infrared Spectroscopy Technology in Agricultural Products Detection
【摘要】 近红外光谱技术作为一种快速、高效、无损的分析技术,已被广泛应用于农产品检测领域。近红外光谱技术结合化学计量学方法,可有效实现农产品营养成分和质量安全的检测,亦可用于农产品产地溯源和作物育种。该文综述了近红外光谱技术在农产品检测中的应用现状,并对其今后的发展进行了展望。
【Abstract】 As a fast, efficient, low-cost, non-destructive analysis technology, near infrared spectroscopy technologyhas been widely used in the field of agricultural products detection. Near infrared spectroscopy technology combinedwith chemometric methods can effectively realize the detection of the nutritional content and quality of agriculturalproducts, and can also be used for geographic origin determination and breeding. This article reviews the applica-tions of near infrared spectroscopy technology in agricultural products detection, and prospects its future development.
